This authentic "rope chair' is a modern classic! The rope furniture originated in the South of France during the mid-20th century and was initially made from the fronds of local palm trees. Today this furniture is made of harvested palm materials in the Madoura Islands. The seat and back cushion is the highest quality blend of down and feathers.

We've shown the cushions in soft, high-performance indoor/outdoor fabric. All fabrics are knit-backed for stability, longevity, and a higher quality of finished upholstery.
