Chair: Rush Lounge

This chair is a simplified hybrid of the rural rush seat chairs of England and France in the 18th and 19th centuries, and the Danish and French “Modernity” of the 1930s and 1940s.  Circa: 1750 England/France, 1900 English Arts and Crafts, 1930-50 Danish Modern.

All fabrics are knit-backed for stability, longevity, and a higher quality of finished upholstery.  Contact us for pricing on custom fabric and trim.
